Nokia and music promoter Live Nation have joined forces to launch a new live music service called ticketrush.co.uk.

The service basically will allow music fans the chance to buy tickets to their favorite concerts or other live events. You also get access to even those last minute tickets that were initially marked sold out.

Users who sign up to for service will also get personalized SMS or email alerts with all they need to know to stay abreast with the UK's live music scene. New handsets are also excpected from the Finnish phone giant which will complement this trendy new service.

Among the tickets already available are tickets to concerts by Girls Aloud's and The Darkness' UK tours, Simply Red, Westlife, Bryan Adams, Robin Gibb, Il Divo and Status Quo.
