Did you ever hear the expression: “If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is”. That’s what I’m thinking when it comes to the Nokia 6639 phone. Actually, phone is really only one of its descriptors, because, as you can see, it can do quite a lot of things! This is assuming that it is real. I found this off some site, and on discussion groups. I have looked on the Nokia site, and have not found a trace of the 6639. Therefore, I only have limited information.

As you can see, one side has a fully working cell phone with a 1024 x 768 pixel screen. It looks like it has Wi-Fi access as well.

The other side is its camera function. Apparently, you can attach a huge lens on it. A graphic showed this lens being almost as long as half-your-arm. It looks like you can also attach a large flash on the side. Something like this could make shots like you wouldn’t believe, but can something this small hold all this accessories? Hmmm.

Not only does it have cool functions on both front and back, the sides can also spill out all sorts of goodies. See how the knives, clippers, and little saw unfold out the sides. Is this supposed to be the first phone Leatherman, or is this the company’s way of showing you that the phone is as useful as one? After all, Nokia is a Japanese company, and something could have been lost in the transitional translation.

It also has something that your everyday Swiss-Army knife doesn’t have: a lighter. That’s right, there is a Zippo brand lighter built into the thing that, apparently, never needs refilling.

Okay, I just don’t know if I can believe this anymore. In fact, the more I wrote about it, the less I believe it myself. I am just going to sit back and wait to see when this product will hit the market. If it is legit, I might have to go and buy one.
