It looks like the FCC is having a field day with Nokia phones. Another phone has been approved today, and it's the Nokia 6103 this time. A stylish looking flip phone, we saw the phone on the Whack.
This one's not really a cam phone, but comes with a pretty basic VGA camera. The interesting features are Bluetooth and FM stereo radio. Being a flip, it has dual displays.
