Voice Plus: From Memos to Music
The Sony ICD-U50, U60 and U70 "Voice Plus" digital voice recorders, contain features like a storage capacity of 1 GB, MP3 play back capability and 502 hours of voice recording time in LP mode. All the models are USB compatible for easy and speedy file transfer to a PC.
They are available from this Spring and priced as $100, $130 and $180, respectively.
Speak and Spell:
The Sony ICD-SX46 and SX46VTP models are slim and light and contain excellent features like 128 MB of storage space that can store 30 MP3 Files, 47 hours of recording time in LP mode, USB ports for easy and speedy file transfer to a PC. The Sony ICD-SX46 recorder is compatible with Nuance® Dragon Naturally Speaking® voice-to-print software and similarly the other one Sony ICD-SX46VTP model is integrated with voice recognition application.
The Sony ICD-SX46 and ICD-SX46VTP models will be available this month and priced as $150 and $200, respectively.
The Sony ICD-P330F and ICD-P320 voice recorders are compact, PC link voice recorders that contain all the required features like 64 MB of flash memory, 32 hours of recording time in LP mode, USB Port for easy and quick file transfer to a PC, integration with Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice-to-print software and just the ICD-P330F recorder includes an FM tuner with 25 presets.
The Sony ICD-P320 and the Sony ICD-P330F recorders will be available this month and priced as $60 and $70, respectively.
Non-PC Options:
The Sony ICD-B310F and ICD-B300 voice recorders are non-PC recorders combined with various features like 64 MB of flash memory, recording capability of 37 hours in LP mode, a large LCD, single function buttons on the front, the speaker output is 250mW and comes with two “AAA†batteries. The ICD-B310F model is integrated with in-built FM tuner with 25 presets.
The Sony ICD-B300 and the Sony ICD-B310F will be available this month and priced at $40 and $50, respectively.
