F3.jpgFujitsu Japan have just announced their plans to give its popular FMV-BIBLO series of notebooks a makeover keeping in mind the multimedia demands of the present day user. The notebooks first of all will be equipped to broadcast the latest video technologies and the "NX series" would be able to view and record live TV and high definition video.

The most notable change as mentioned above would be seen in the multimedia content and now users can view HD content and it would also feature a state of the art "HD DVD-ROM drive". Users can also record high quality videos and movies thanks to the Live TV function. The "NB series" would now sport a sleeker design and would be capable of reading handwritten content. This would be done via the digital input pen and it also includes a high end application suite for editing images.

Then there is the "MG series" which get an internal and external makeover. It will now sport a chic black body and would be powered by Intel® Core TM Duo processor and would be loaded with the latest technologies. All this is great no doubt but I wonder when the rest of the world will get their hands on these machines as they are only available in Japan at the moment.
