Netgear WAG102 ProSafe Dual Band Wireless Access Point

ProSafe Dual Band Wireless Access Point (WAG102)Netgear unveiled its new the ProSafe Dual Band Wireless Access Point (WAG102) for secure, high performance WLAN connectivity. The WAG102's design enables it to perform reliably even in high-density and high-interference environments, supporting both 5GHz and 2.4GHz 54Mbps transmissions.

Featuring Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 - Enterprise, WAG102 guarantees security. It also employs a Wireless Distribution System, so it can easily support bridging and repeater modes. The access point uses two powerful detachable 5 dBi antennas to deliver dual-band Wi-Fi access. Integrated security standards include wireless data encryption, user authentication with WPA2 and 802.1x, MAC address authentication with 256-user ACL and even a VPN pass-through.
