The game NARUTO: Ninja Council 2 is an extension of the first game. It provides solid side-scrolling, vertical or horizontal ninja action for 1-4 players. Now the players will be given choice to switch between three unique characters on the fly to triumph over each taxing level. While in fight, the players can call on back-up characters like Kakashi and Kiba to help them be victorious with their special jutsus.

NARUTO takes place in a cosmos of Ninja authority. Naruto Uzumaki is instilled with the spirit of a once fearsome Nine-Tailed Fox. He is learning the art of Ninjustu with his classmates Sakura and Sasuke from Kakashi. Kakashi prepares them to face hazardous and demoralizing tests and challenges. While undertaking all these adventures, a young Ninja learns the value of friendship, solidarity, allegiance, hard work, creativity, originality, and good versus evil.
