ngage.jpgThere won't be a new Nokia N-Gage anytime soon.

In a statement released recently, the Finland based company revealed a change of priorities, from mobile gaming to mobile music and television.

The N-Gage, which has had pitiful sales since first being released in 2003 will no longer be updated possibly until 2007 where technology is expected to be more conducive to mobile gaming.

But game fans need not worry, Antti Vasara, Nokia's VP for Corporate strategy says, "We learnt that people want to play games on all devices. As such we are integrating the gaming software into Series 60 phones."

Users can expect a whole new range of phones coming out pretty soon beginning with the three new Nokia Nseries devices, the fashion inspired L'Amour Collection and the new Nokia Eseries smartphones all making their debut at the "Nokia: Our Mobile Life 2006" in Beijing China.
