Motorola's rumored V3iMobile Gazette reports that Motorola is rumored to be bringing out an updated version of its hugely popular RAZR V3. It's called the Motorola V3i (it's not clear if the name will stick). Some of the goodies that accompany the V3i are a megapixel (1 or 1.3) camera, microSD memory slot and, get this, the iTunes software that, at the moment, is only available with the ROKR. This is significant because the ROKR limits the number of songs that can be downloaded onto the phone, but the V3i, with its expandable memory slot, may allow room for much more.

Other anticipated features include:

  • Bluetooth
  • 176x220, 262k color screen (internal)
  • 96x80, 65k color screen (external)
  • Supporting GSM 850/900/1800/1900 networks
