1815_177x320.jpgThis Motorola phone was leaked out to the public a few months ago but no one has a clear view on the specs yet. The FCC approved the long-awaited Motorola K1 yesterday, code-named Motorola Canary which is the successor of the Motorola RAZR phone. RAZR K1 has been approved as a quad-band GSM and EDGE phone. I thought this phone was going to be a tri-band phone with GPRS capability. Although the specs are not yet officially announced, I'm sure it has the silk screen resolution of 176 x 220 or more as well as a 2 megapixel CMOS camera. I got a Motorola RAZR V3i myself and each time I want to remove the miniSD memory card, I need to open up the battery cover which I think is very annoying, same goes for the RAZR K1. They should move the miniSD memory card slot to the steady side of the phone. It's just a plain glossy blue looking phone with extra length. I ponder why Motorola doesn't want to add an external music control buttons just under the screen. We are still not so sure when will Motorola officially announce the RAZR K1.
