It is now available at Cingular retail stores with a price of just USD39.99 for Cingular's GoPhone customers. Every customer who purchased the C139 will receive a USD10 GoPhone airtime card and you can start calling anyone without any annual fee or registration. That is based on GoPhone "Pay As You Go" unique service.
