mobiblu_boxon.jpgKorean mobile electronics company MobiBlu is putting out a device called a BOXON, and it looks to be a combination of an MP3 player, FM radio, e-book player, video player, photo album, and possibly English-Korean dictionary.

The screen on the device is very small, a 1.7 inch OLED that takes up the entirety of one side. The other side contains the volume and tuning controls.

To be honest, a device like that sounds a little too good to be true, especially when most sources claim that it only has 256 MB of flash memory, which wouldn’t be much to run something with all these features. It is also rumored that the BOXON is able to use VoIP when it is plugged into a PC. To make it even more mysterious, the the device does not appear on MobiBlu’s site.

More on this story as it develops.
