Mio C250 GPS
British company Mio has just put out the latest in satnev technology. The Mio C250 GPS is quite a handy device, capable of thousands of maps. Looks like all maps are of the U.K. and Europe only, but it does have plenty Points of Interest (POI) to choose from.
The device has a nice 3.5 inch touch screen, and has specific modes for automobile, car, or lorry (that’s a truck to you Yanks out there). It has a 400MHz CPU, 64 MB of RAM, and a SiRF Star III chipset. This device can also play MP3 files, which is helpful for those long journeys on the countryside.
Looks like this might be the GPS to buy if you go to Europe. This device is available for $324 USD or 170 pounds, depending on where you are.
