mio_c210_gps.jpgLooking for a basic GPS device that gets you on your way, with no additional complexities or unwanted features? Don't want to be bugged by mobile calls or office e-mails when you are out on a road trip, and navigational facilities would suffice?

Look no further, for the Mio C210 is made just for you. Running off a 400MHz processor, the C210 uses a SiRFstar III GPS receiver for all your global positioning needs, and offers a clean touch-screen destination entry in a compact form-factor.

You don't have to worry too much about speeding with this one by your side: it's got all the speed-camera warnings you need, and then some. You also free updates for one year on these. The Mio C210 has 512MB of flash memory installed, and comes with maps of one region and major roads of Europe pre-installed.

Targeted at an April release and priced at €299, look out for additional details on Mio C210 from Mio's website. USA and Asia announcements yet to be made.
