Memorex Memory Storage Devices for this Holiday Season
Memorex has a slew of portable memory storage devices this holiday season. The new products include:
TravelDrive ID:
The first USB flash drive with an integrated LCD display, the TravelDrive ID shows the amount of remaining storage capacity. Apart from this, the customizable LCD display, capable of displaying 11 characters, allows you to name the drive, add a date or even identify the contents of the drive. Great when you have a bunch of USB drives and want to search for your files without the need to access a PC and plug it in.
The drive is available in 512MB, 1GB and 2GB capacities, with price ranging from US $79.99 to $199.99.
Mega TravelDrive:
Claimed as the smallest USB drive (it's smaller than a 2" square), the Mega TravelDrive is true to its name: it comes in 4GB, 6GB and 8GB capacities. That's right! It comes in an attractive sleek package and is not bothered by space constraints. The Mega is priced in the range of US $119.99 to $199.99, depending on drive capacity.
U3 Smart Mini TravelDrive:
The Mini TravelDrive comes with four portable U3 smart software apps that you can run from a Windows 2000/XP PC, allowing you to take your e-mail, sync data and preferences between two PCs, prevent viruses and secure the data on the drive via password protection. Additional smart applications can, of course, be downloaded from U3's website.
The U3 Smart Mini TravelDrive is available in capacities ranging from 256MB to 2GB, with prices from US $34.99 to $179.99.
