dmb-korea.jpgGood news, there is a new T-DMB navigation device in the horizon, bad news, it’s in Korea! By now we are use to all the Korean devices popping up and me lamenting their unavailability to the rest of us! So now let’s look at the Maxtek T-DMB navigation 'MNT-4300DMB portable device which is equipped with a 4.3-inch bright display and a SiRF III GPS module.

The 4300DMB will have all the features one we expect from a portable digital player and will support all the standard formats like MP3, WAV, JPEG etc. What is interesting is its navigational capabilities which includes; electronic maps with search function, ‘easy mode’ functions, the nifty PIP feature which lest one simultaneously watch the navigational info and any T-DMB program on a single screen and bunch of tour maps which would help in sightseeing. However the fact that it doesn’t support any video capabilities may just be its undoing though via an additional battery the player can be used as a portable device. The player would retail in Korea for 349,000(KRW) soon.
