LTB Audio Systems is all geared up to unveil the new truly wireless headphone at the CES in 2006. Titled True 5.1, the headphone works in the 2.4GHz frequency range and creates a six-channel, distortion-free audio experience ideal for gamers and home theater enthusiasts.

The headphone uses Lithium-Polymer batteries for long-duration usage. It is already available in the form of Concert headphones (pictured here), now shipping from LTB, which happens to be a similar product. However, be ready for a new version at the CES.

A combination of FSK (frequency shift keying) modulation and multi-band selections is used to deliver sound to independent sound chambers; with SafeBass technology, your ears are safe from high bass levels as well.
