Logitech HS210 and HS200 Wireless Headsets Announced
Logitech today announced two new wireless headsets for mobile phones at the 2006 CES. The headsets, HS200 and HS210, are designed not only to listen to music but also to make/receive phone calls. With just a single button, you can switch from listening to music to get on a call.
The headsets feature patent-pending WindStop technology where microphones are surrounded by a sintered plastic material serving as a barrier to disruptive air currents in windy conditions - so you can easily talk even with windows down when driving your car.
The headsets will be available in behind-the-head designs. While HS 210 features square earpieces, HS 200 has round ones. Weighing in at just 90 grams, they are comfortable for all-day use as well. Bluetooth allows a range of up to 30 feet from the phone, and the Li-ion batteries deliver up to 10 hours of talk time or 8 hours of play time and and more than 300 hours of standby time. The headsets include 40 mm full-range neodymium drivers that produce rich stereo sound.
Suggested pricing is US $129.99. For more info, check out Logitech's website.
