LG has recently unveiled the new KU800 Phone, an advanced version of the popular Chocolate that supports 3G networking. It currently plans to be released by the operator Vodafone, but this is not set in stone yet.

The KU800 phone is a lovely slider with lots of interesting features. It supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS, and has a 2 inch QVGA. Not only does it have a 2 Megapixel camera, but a camera on both sides for telephony conversations. There is 60 MB of user available memory, and an microSD slot for up to 1GB of additional memory. It also has USB and Bluetooth capability.

It isn’t known when the LG KU800 will hit the market, nor is there any hint of price.
