Lenovo ThinkPad T60 NotebookLenovo's back with a new ThinkPad - the Lenovo ThinkPad T60, featuring the cutting-edge Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology. For all the new power, the Lenovo T60's shed some weight compared to its older sibling the T43. It weighs in at a mere 4.8 pounds making it a breeze to carry around.

The T60 can be customized to suit your budget. You could opt for the ultimate T2600 (2.33-GHz) processor or stick to the budget T1300 (1.6 GHz). For graphics, you could opt for the ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 or the X1600 or stick to the integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950. Hard disk capacities go right up to a whopping 100GB (7200RPM). It has all the other bells and whistles that you would expect from a laptop. And, it's a durable rugged monster.

The highlight of the Lenovo ThinkPad T60 is the integrated WWAN facility provided through the Verizon EV-DO or Cingular EDGE high-speed cellular networks (400 to 700 kbps) that keep the bits flowing even when you step outside the Wi-Fi range.

As Lenovo puts it correctly, the Lenovo ThinkPad T60 is "The perfect balance of performance and portability."
