lenovo-cube.jpgThe latest offering by Lenovo is a cube shaped mp3 player which looks just like the Mobiblu Dah-1500i but without a led screen. The new Lenovo Easy Cube M500 has dimensions of 70 x 70 x 70mm and is not really as small as compared to other players but it works. However the over all design is pretty neat and it looks especially cool in white. One reason for it not being small or delicate is the fact that it has an integrated speaker set, thus you can share your music on the go which makes it smaller than the iPod with Apple’s Boombox.

The M500 plays music via SD/MMC memory cards and supports formats like 32Kbps to 320Kbps (CBR/VBR) MP3, the WMA.It also has support for Windows ME and uses USB2.0 for connectivity. The suggested price is RMB399 (approx $50) however when it will be mass produced is anyone’s guess.
