Kyocera Slider Remix KX5 Cell Phone
Kyocera unveiled the new Slider Remix KX5 cellphone at CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment 2005. Incorporating a builtin music player, the Slider Remix KX5 also comes with a camera and Bluetooth functionality. Thankfully, the camera supports a resolution of 1.3 megapixels. Coupled with a color screen and added gaming capabilities, the KX5 features a microSD slot (expandable up to 512 MB) for storing audio.
While the on-board memory is good for games and apps (16 MB), you'll have to buy any additional memory card if you are serious about using this as a music player. BREW 2.1 drives this phone, which supports MMS, multiple languages, the oft-annoying T9 input mechanism, and utilities like Tip Calculator.
Supporting MP3, AAC, MP4 and other file formats, the display of this CDMA phone is a crisp 1.9" 262,000 color TFT screen.
More info is available on Kyocera's website.
