The new Kyocera Cyclops cell phone will be made available to Virgin Mobile customers in the USA. Featuring a trendy clamshell design, the Cyclops comes in a red-and-white body. Weighing in at 3.5 ounces, it is very lightweight and easy on the eye.

Cyclops comes with a healthy 1.3 megapixel camera, and is capable of TXT Tones - a feature that allows users to program a short song clip that alerts incoming text messages received on the handset. I'm sorry, what? Hasn't this feature been there like forever? (But then again, I guess I have been a little too spoiled by my Nokia 3650).

Being a clamshell, it features dual displays, including a bright internal color display. Pre-loaded games include Lumines Mobile, New York Nights and Bikini Beach Party, and many more are available for download.

Priced at US $99.99, the Kyocera Cyclops will be available online from Virgin Mobile USA as well as retail outlets.
