Kenwood's new UBZ-LK20 is a portable transceiver sporting a largish LCD with back-light for better readability. It employs a battery-saving functionality as well as automatic power off. Featuring PTT (Push-To-Talk), the UBZ-LK20 offers a convenient way to keep in touch whether you are out skiing or at the far end of your favorite store.

The UBZ-LK20 offers a total of 10 call tones for personalization. When the PTT button is pushed, you can transmit up to three minutes, after which the device falls back to receiver mode, thanks to the timeout timer. Conference calling, or group calling, is possible as well without having to worry about radio interference.

Well suited for outdoor use, the UBZ-LK20 boasts of up to 60 hours of battery life on three alkaline cells. All this is available in a sleekly designed body, and it weighs around 180 grams. A separately available holster enhances the look and feel of it.
