I certainly don't have the best vision in the world so I'll take as much light as I can get when I'm working with my laptop. Now, Kensington appears to have answered some of my prayers with the new Kensington FlyLight 3.0. This gooseneck-mounted light connects directly to a USB port and easily illuminates your surroundings.
What's particularly great about the FlyLight 3.0 is that it's actually two lights in one. You can unscrew the aluminum head and use it as a flashlight that's barely larger than your car keys. The end of the light even includes a stylish ring key!
When you're out of power, just reconnect the flashlight to the USB port and recharge the light. Once disconnected, the flashlight has about one hour of charge before it dies.
