jvc%3Dboombox.jpgWhile Boomboxes may have faded into oblivion in certain parts, thanks to the iPod Revolution, however for many CD Players are still a preferred choice. Companies to compete with the MP3 Market also need to give their players an extra edge and looks like JVC just did that with their new CD boombox.

The new JVC RC-EZ38 is a CD/cassette boombox with a twist. This one has a USB Host on it which makes the player so much more versatile than your standard CD Players. Thanks to the presence of the USB Host, one can easily playback MP3 and WMA audio tracks from flash memory digital audio players or other USB devices, such as flash memory drives, hard drives or card readers. Pretty nifty huh?

The JVC RC-EZ38 is compact enough to complement any living space and during flash playback both track title and ID3 tag are displayed on the CD display. Some other features include; digital AM/FM tuner, a clock/timer, headphone jack and remote control. The JVC RC-EZ38 is now available for $99.95 and for more info head over to the JVC Website.
