iTurbo Portable iPod Charger

From the folks that brought you the portable cell phone charger comes another useful little device. Turbo Charge unveiled the iTurbo, a portable iPod charger that works on a single AA battery to charge your music player.

The iTurbo includes a USB charging tip and is compatible with the iPod, iPod nano and even the fifth-generation iPod with video. About as big as a lip balm-sized tube, the iTurbo will be available in all-black or all-white.

To preserve battery power, it offers an on/off twist capability. The amount of playtime supplied by this portable charger depends on the iPod device. A nano can run for up to 9 hours after being charged by the iTurbo.

The iTurbo portable iPod charger will be priced in the range US $29.99 - $34.99, and will be available from November 15, 2006.
