Iomega Micro Mini Hard DriveIomega introduced the new Micro Mini Hard Drive in 4GB and 8GB storage capacities, a credit-card sized external hard drive that could soon end up becoming your permanent travel companion. With Drop Shock technology, you are protected from unnecessary damage (to an extent, of course) as well.

With a fold-away USB 2.0 interface and compatibility with both Windows and Mac platforms, you get a host of bundled software like Iomega Automatic Backup (Mac), Automatic Backup Pro (PC), MUSICMATCH JukeBox among others. You have the ability to password-protect your backups too.

Weighing less than 50 grams, the Micro Mini boats a 4200 RPM hard drive and draws power from your computer's USB port. Iomega is able to provide a better price per gigabyte than Flash memory devices and more capability.

Priced at US $129.95 (4GB) and $169.95 (8GB), you can order the Iomega Micro Mini Hard Drive from Iomega's website.
