Insignia announced their first portable MP3 player, the Amigo which boasts a 1.2-inch OLED color screen with 262K colors as well as built-in FM tuner. It supports Playsforsure for digital downloads and subscription content services. It is available in 1GB or the most, 2GB of internal flash memory that will be able to hold up to 500 of your favorite’s songs or 2,000 photos. The supported file formats are MP3, WMA, WMA-DRM and JPEG. You can adjust the music sound output with the 5 EQ presets and 1 custom EQ setting. Upon a fully recharged battery, the player could last up to 18 hours of non-stop usage. It weights 8 oz with the size of 3.1" x 1.3" x .5" Insignia Amigo is now available with the price of USD99 for 1GB and USD129 for 2GB.
