thanko_1.jpgThanko Japan unveiled their new product, the vacuum tube amplifier for iPod, the iBlueTube which will be available in August with the price of 42,800Yen. iBlueTube comes with a remote control so each time you want to change your songs, you won't need to walk over to your iPod. The best part is, it is compatible with all generations of iPods. Just plug in your iPod to the dock connector and get it charged at the same time. When the power is on, the blue tube will light up to indicate power usage. iBlueTube has an output of 12Wx2ch and SN ratio of 80dB. for use with iPod Video, iBlueTube comes with a connection for TV-output which is located at the back of iBlueTube as well as USB connection for PC. iBlueTube weighs 650 grams with the size of 295 x 130 x 68 mm. You are given the choice of adding a JBL Control 1X speakers making the price top at 64,800Yen.
