i-mate All Set To Release JAQ3 Windows Mobile Pocket PC

i-mate, in association with TechFaith Wireless, is all set to release the TechFaith UBiQUiO rechristened as the JAQ3. The JAQ3 cell phone runs Windows Mobile 5.0 and is compatible with GSM 900/1800/1900MHz networks. EDGE support is, however, missing from the phone.

The JAQ3 also features a usable QWERTY keyboard, as well as support for wireless 802.11 b/g. A 2 megapixel camera has been outfitted as well. Bluetooth 1.2 with advanced audio distribution profile (A2DP) makes an appearance. Expand on the 64MB internal storage with miniSD cards.
