After the funny names of HTC cellphones like Trinity, Artemis, Excalibur, Star Trek and others, it was time for Libra join the fun. The HTC Libra was presented at CTIA (wireless I.T. & Entertainment event) this week, I wasn't there but can almost bet that it was a hit. On the Libra there are two ways to “insert data”: a numerical keypad and a QWERTY keyboard that can slide in and out, the simple 3 keywords make it small and compact. This cellphone will be available next year on different carrier and at HTC itself too, the Libra stands out from the rest because of the CDMA version (Code division multiple access ) and use of EVDO. During the next year HTC also expects to launch a GSM version of the Libra.
