Smartphone Thoughts has published what seems to be an exclusive photo of the HTC Excalibur. The Excalibur is expected to sport a QWERTY keyboard and WiFi support. This quad-band phone runs Windows Mobile.

One of the interesting features is the strip on the right side of the screen. Instead of the traditional jog dial found on many smartphones, the Excalibur has a slide-strip: slide your finger up or down this strip to scroll up or down the menu options respectively.

It remains to be seen if the Excalibur will take on the Moto Q. No word on the pricing or availability yet.
