HP iPAQ rx5000 Travel Companion
HP unveiled the new HP iPAQ rx5000 Travel Companion, combining GPS navigation capability with portable media player. Based on the now-standard SiRF star III GPS receiver, this sleek device fits easily in your car, pocket or purse.
The iPAQ rx5000 travel companion features voice-guided navigation as well as on-screen prompts. The device comes pre-installed with maps and GPS navigation software, so you won't have to fiddle around with SD cards that you never seem to find anyway.
Travel tools simplify your job: a packing organizer, size and measurement converter and weather/time information are some of the useful tools available. With integrated 802.11 b/g wireless LAN, you are never far from your office. The rx5000 also features the latest Bluetooth 2.0+EDR.
The rx5000 runs Windows Mobile 5.0 and can be connected to a PC via USB or over Bluetooth. Grab your MP3s on the go, listening to them on the included media player. The HP Photosmart Mobile lets you view and share photos.
