HP iPAQ hx2790 Pocket PC
HP launched the new iPAQ hx2790 pocket PC that comes with a biometric fingerprint sensor for maximum device security. Powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0, the new iPAQ hx2790 hosts new features like persistent storage so you don't have to worry about data loss in case the battery power is lost.
The iPAQ hx2790 comes with integrated Wi-Fi support, apart from Bluetooth and serial Infrared. The package comes with battery, AC adapter, charger adapter and stylus apart from sync software and user manual.
With biometric fingerprinting, you are assured of security of your personal device. If that's not sufficient, you can secure the device with a combo of both your fingerprint and a PIN. HP's ProtectTools allows you to secure the hx2790 by imposing PIN or password restrictions, also providing fail-safe action in case the device is stolen.
Multimedia offerings are as usual present: with Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, you can access everything from your music to videos and photos. With USB 2.0 support, file transfer between your desktop and pocket PC will be a breeze.
