Hitachi is introducing three new DVD camcorder models - the DZ-GX3300, the DZ-GX3200, and the DZ-GX3100.
The high end DZ-GX3300 features:
3.3 megapixel CCD
10x optical zoom with combined zoom of 240x (including digital)
Capture up to 2016x1512 stills
The mid range DZ-GX3200 features:
2.1 megapixel CCD
10x optical zoom with combined zoom of 240x (including digital)
Capture up to 1600 X 1200 stills
The low end DZ-GX3100 features:
1.3 megapixel CCD
15x optical zoom with combined zoom of 500x (including digital)
Capture up to 1280x960 stills
All three models have:
2.7 inch TFT display
6 Program modes
Ability to record to DVD
USB 2.0 connections
The new models are due out in Japan starting in February with the black version of the DZ-GX3300 coming in March.
