Harman Kardon recently unveiled the Harman Kardon Go + Play portable iPod(R) sound station which lets you share all your favorite iPod tunes, The new speaker set sports a highly futuristic design which may be either loved or hated! The Harman Kardon Go + Play system comes with a RF remote and all generations of iPods can be docked. However this one doesn’t take the usual docking approach and allows the iPod to lie flat.
The speaker set is equipped with a sleek stainless-steel handle, touch volume and mute controls. Via the included remote one can control volume, the iPod menu and the plays lists from a range of up to 30 feet. It’s just not about the design and Harmon Kardon knows that. The company has incorporated bi-amped digital amplification, DSP (digital sound processing) and Ridge and Atlas transducers for the ultimate audio experience.
The Harman Kardon Go + Play speakers can run on Eight D batteries which lets the music flow for more than 18 hours and there is also a handy battery-saving shut-off feature.
