Griffin Technology has a universal FM transmitter called the iTrip Auto Universal. The device was recently approved by the FCC, and documents posted at the website reveal that this transmitter can be connected to any portable audio player.

Ho-hum. All I can say is, Griffin is late. There are already a gazillion FM transmitters out there already relaying songs right from your Walkman (in case you are still stuck in the 1800s) to the Creative Zen. From the looks of it, the iTrip Auto Universal has a single-line LCD display to show you the frequency at which it is transmitting.
