Just when you thought you had seen it all with the RAZR phone, Motorola has decided to up the ante even further with tattoo designs for the RAZR. These aren't simply "skins" for the RAZR. They're actually laser etched designs by master tattoo artist Ami James of the television show "Miami Ink".

The idea for the new tattoo'd line of RAZR phones came up when Motorola marketing officials thought of new ways to expand the success of the phone. Having seen success in the colored line of RAZR phones, they decided to extend the ability to personalize the phone with tattoo designs. The concept is simple. Ami James comes up with a design which Motorola then takes and digitizes. The digitized format then gets laser etched into aluminum body of the RAZR phone.
