G-Flash Metal MP3 player
For those who don’t want to splurge on the iPod, the G-Flash Metal MP3 player looks like a great alternative and is manufactured by the popular German Company Maxfield. One thing that sets the player apart is its metal body which adds character to it and is a relief from those plastic mp3 players. The player is available in capacities like 1GB and 2GB and actually comes preloaded with new Toni Braxton “Libra†album. It includes an
128x32-pixel OLED display and weighs about 45grams. Playback functions include Normal, Repeat One, Repeat All, Random, and Random All and via the USB port you can also use it as an external device.
The G-Flash Metal MP3 player has a very contemporized and understated design which will appeal to all. When it comes to features, the mp3 player has a pretty standard set including MP3 , WMA-DRM and WMA support, and runs on single AAA battery. It includes a 128 x 32 dot OLED-display , supports Speech-recording via built-in microphone: up to 64 hours (ADPCM / WAV format), and also has a 6-band equalizer featuring X-Bass. Our only grouse is the lack of the Ogg Vorbis format which should have been included by Maxfield. No word on pricing or availability yet.
