Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX N520
Fujitsu Siemens has announced a new addition to their LOOX family of handheld PDAs called the Pocket LOOX N520. The N520 is part of their new N500 line of PDAs which includes an integrated GPS chip.
Spec. wise, the LOOX N520 runs in the middle of the pack of Windows based PDAs. The N520 is based on an Intel XScale PXA270 processor running at 312MHz. It includes a total of 128MB of ROM flash memory and 64 MB of system memory. For connectivity, you'll get wireless LAN support for both 802.11b and g.
Of course the biggest draw to the N520 is the integrated SiRFstar III GPS module. This allows you to use your handheld as a GPS device when you're on the go. Fujitsu also includes a software suite to complement your GPS capabilities on the PDA.
