First International Digital MP3ez (Model 930) Digital Music PlayerFirst International Digital have announced their new offering, the MP3ez (Model 930) digital music player, broadening its popular irock! MP3 player line of devices. The Model 930 is aimed at first-time users and children ("ages 8 and up" as claimed on their website).

MP3ez (Model 930) comes with a built-in memory of 128 MB - capable of storing about 30 songs, a sufficient amount of storage for first-timers. It also aims to attract children, with its ease of use, flexibility and low cost. An optional SD/MMC card ups the memory to a maximum of 2 GB. To keep the costs down, FID opted for a USB 1.1 interface for the device, which is a downside.

MP3ez comes with earphones, neck strap, user manual and a USB cable for transfering files and it runs on a single AAA battery.

Priced at US $39.99 (MSRP), the device is available online at First International Digital's irock website.
