FCC Approves Sagem MY X6-2
Sagem's new MY X6-2 cell phone has just been approved by the FCC. MY X6-2 is a tri-band GSM phone in a compact candybar form-factor from Sagem boasting multimedia capabilities, including an MP3/AAC player.
The phone features Java MIDP 2.0, and supports some of the latest games and applications. It also comes with a minimal WAP browser to get online via GPRS. The included music player supports a lot of file formats, including MP3, AAC, AAC+, AMR and MIDI. It offers USB connectivity for data sync with a desktop, as well as Bluetooth for a range of wireless devices including Bluetooth headsets for handsfree operation.
You can take pictures and record videos thanks to the included 1.3 megapixel camera. Memory expansion is possible thanks to microSD support.
The phone also features SMS/MMS capabilities, Infrared and Pictbridge compatibility.
