FCC Approves Motorola V270 Cell PHone
FCC has given its seal of approval to the Motorola V270, a GSM phone with PTT (Push-To-Talk) features. Sporting a mini USB port for data sync with your desktop, the V270 also boasts of Bluetooth allowing you to use a compatible headset for handsfree access to the mobile.
The V270 also comes with productivity applications like event reminder, calculator, currency converter and alarm clock. It also allows you to sync your phonebook and calendar (Motorola calls it a datebook) with a remote server over the Internet.
The phone supports GPRS connectivity as well, but no 3G. The inclusion of PTT is good, so you can connect to other users at the click of a button. You can also send SMS/MMS messages.
More details will be available soon, so check back with us.
