Well, I for the one never had any issues with my memory cards as well as card readers (not to suggest I am the most organized). But over a period of time, chances are more likely that sometimes you might find dirt or dust getting onto contacts and causing thing or two to go wrong. But here's a solution that perhaps no one would have thought of. A Card reader cleaner from EverGreen.

We've seen a lens cleaner for optical drives also other cleaning devices, but have you ever seen a card reader cleaner? no right? Don't have hard feelings, neither have I seen any of such kind! But EverGreen has rolled out its complete kit of special cards that can be inserted into the memory slots on any device and used to clean the metal contacts inside with a small pad of microfiber-esque fabric. Also various formats including SD, mini SD etc.. are available, as it is quiet evident from the picture accquired.
