This one's for you, if you think you are clumsy with your portable music players. The Monolith Premium MX7000 from eStarLabs is virtually indestructible.

The MX7000 comes in a fused case, enabling it to even withstand getting run over by a car, according to the manufacturers. Now there's something I'd like for Christmas - not for me, but to gift it to a friend.

It also happens to be a feature packed player, with support for MP3/WMA/OGG file formats and FM radio. The MX7000 also uses OLED screen for display, lengthening the battery life. The 512MB flash player is very pricey, though, at US $150. But on the average, it's better to get this one and not smash a few audio players.
