E-TEN has unveiled a new Windows Mobile 5.0 based smartphone called the E-TEN M600. The M600 is a quad band GSM/GPRS phone with a 2.8 inch 65K color touch screen capable of displaying 240 x 320. The phone uses a 400MHz Samsung S3C 2440 processor to power the Windows Mobile OS and comes with 64MB of RAM and 128MB of ROM.

The phone comes with a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth 1.2 support, Wi-Fi 802.11b support, and an SDIO capable SD/MMC slot. You'll get up to 4 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby using the rechargeable Lithium Ion battery.

The E-TEN M600 is currently available in Taiwan and will come to the US and Europe sometime this month. The phone supports 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz GSM bands and GPRS Class 10. Via InfoSyncWorld.com
