Dopod P100 PDA With GPS
GPS incorporated devices are definitely going to be the ‘Next Big Thing’ and this explains the plethora of GPS devices doing the rounds. Now it’s the turn of the Dopod P100 which would for now only be seen in Malaysia. The Dopod P100 is basically a PDA which has built in GPS and Wi-Fi capabilities and has a built in SiRF 3rd-gen chipset. The DoPod not withstanding its funny name is a pretty decent piece of machine which runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 OS and has a Samsung SC32442X33 Processor.
The Dopod P100 sports a classic matte design and is and with dimensions like 109.7 x 59.4 x 17.6 mm is compact enough to fit anywhere. The Samsung Processor with 128MB ROM and 64MB RAM ensures high end functionally and performance. It includes Bluetooth connectivity and has a 2.8-inch QVGA 320×240 pixels 65K Colors TFT screen. No word on world wide availability yet.
