HTC Hermes announced the official released of their newest WCDMA 3G mobile phone, the Dopod CHT 9000. It is only available in one color, silver rose which means the combinations of traditional and fashionable design. To open the QWERTY keyboard, you need to turn the screen sideway 360-degree (similar to Sidekick 3). CHT 9000 boasts a 2.8-inch QVGA TFT LCD with resolutions of 240 x 320, 2 megapixel camera with digital zoom capabilities, 128MB of internal memory with miniSD slot for extra storage and 64MB of flash memory.

You can also shoot a video recording and voice recording session. On the connectivity side, it has Bluetooth 2.0, IrDA, WLAN 802.11b/g and also USB connection for easy file transfer. The supported music file formats are Midi, MP3, WMA, WAV, ACC, and MP4. Dopod CHT 9000 is powered by Samsung 400MHz CPU running on Windows Mobile 5.0. The package comes with a rich application specially for business man: Outlook Mobile, Office Mobile, Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, Pocket MSN, Mobile Email with Push, IE Mobile and also m-Pro.

If you are worried about your mobile being stolen, you can set a password protection on every data. It has a 200 long hours of standby time with 5 hours of talk time. It weights 175 grams with the size of 112.5 x 58 x 21.95mm. Dopod CHT 9000 is only available in Asian country. Probably MobileWhack team will get one soon. No words on the pricing yet.
