DEC PMP MVX430 - PSP Clone?

DEC China introduced their new PMP MVX430 which boasts a 4.2-inch display, 512MB of internal memory with SD memory slot for extra storage, video recording, 4 hours of music recording on its 256MB memory, displaying still JPG image and play games. The supported video formats are dat, asf, avi, wmv, mov, vob, and mpg while the music file formats are only MP3 and WMA. It has a video and music playback time of 2.5 hours upon fully charged. Is that a PSP clone console? Well, it looks really alike for us.
